Are you interested in learning about mindfulness? This one-hour class will get you started in understanding the benefits of mindfulness and meditation regardless of your experience level or background. We will practice several different ways to quiet the mind.

Mindfulness is scientifically proven to improve stress management, pain management and self-awareness. Do it for your inner calm. Do it because you deserve it. Do it because you'll feel great.

 

Adult Yoga Classes

60 MINUTES  Private Sessions $90

For all of you who know how much fun and enjoyment your kids are getting out of their yoga classes, I am now teaching adults too.

Yoga is accessible for everyone and every body.  Yoga is not something that people look “good” at.  It is about how your mind, body and spirit feels after completing a class.

  • Learn simple poses that increase flexibility, strength and balance

Mindfulness Workshop for Parents

Learn practical ways to increase peace and kindness in your home. This is for parents to practice mindful parenting and parents to teach their children about breathing, movement and relaxation as coping strategies for everyday struggles and increasing self awareness.

 

Mother Daughter Workshop

90 MINUTES $25 per pair

Join us for a Mom & Daughter retreats designed to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between moms (or any adult female role model) and daughter as we learn yoga techniques and have a ton of fun!  Activities will vary for each retreat but involve individual and partner yoga practices, self-care / restorative practices, breathwork, themed discussions, games and other and many healthy, practical and peaceful ideas to practice at home, together.  No yoga experience necessary.

Each retreat will focus on a different theme such as peace, truthfulness, or balance and moderation, representing yoga's universal principles of living mindfully in the world.  Participants will be led in activities designed to provide practice and understanding of the theme of the day.
